A Piloxing class combines the strength and agility of boxing with the mindfulness and flexibility of Pilates in a full body, calorie burning workout.

Originating in 2009, Jensen combined three of her favourite exercises – Pilates, Boxing and Dance and created a unique, effective and fun workout called Piloxing. Jenson’s mission is to “physically and mentally empower individuals through fitness” and she believes Piloxing is the answer. Jensen wanted to create a workout which would make women feel both powerful and feminine.

Piloxing is essentially the combination of graceful movements with powerful punches and you can expect a Piloxing exercise class to be high-energy, exciting and sweaty!
