A Fight Klub® class is a high-intensity workout that makes getting in shape fun and active. The workout is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance while also helping you tone your stomach and work both your leg and arm muscles.


Fight Klub® was founded by celebrity fitness trainer and presenter Troy Duren, who created the class back in 2003.

During a class, members can expect to try three separate MMA styles: kickboxing, boxing and Thai-boxing and will use a combination of different kicks and punches thrown at a freestanding punching bag.

Music dictates the pace of a Fight Klub® class, with combinations thrown in time to the beat to create a nightlife atmosphere.
