15/15/15 is an all-round 45-minute exercise class designed to provide you with a total body workout. Gym goers can get the best of three worlds with three, 15-minute sessions that test cardiovascular endurance, strength, the core and flexibility.

The exercise class starts with a 15-minute spin, designed to get the blood pumping and the heart rate beating. The calorie burning spin session will improve cardiovascular endurance while also building lean lower body muscle definition.

The 15-minute spin warm up is followed by 15-minutes of own bodyweight strength training. Expect push-ups, own bodyweight squats, lunges, burpees and more.
