Please note the deadline for requesting a reclaim is 7th May for England & 14th May for Scotland.

We paused all Direct Debits as soon as we could at the start of this lockdown. No payments have been taken while we are closed. Direct Debits will therefore recommence from 12^th April onwards (26th April for Scotland) and your payment will be taken on your NEXT usual payment date, from this date onwards.

Depending where your normal Direct Debit falls in the monthly billing cycle, you may see a small ‘pro rata’ payment (less than your normal monthly fee) coming out to us on or around 12^th April (26th April for Scotland & 3rd May for Wales). This will cover you for a shortfall in payment ahead of your next normal Direct Debit.

If you don’t see a pro rata payment coming out then you don’t owe us for any days and your Direct Debit will be taken as usual on the normal date. If you feel you are owed days, please fill in the form below and our payments team will investigate and apply a credit to your account where appropriate:
