3 group personal training sessions every week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am or 8pm, a weekly weigh in, before and after photo and a recipe e-book.

The camps are an hour long and includes step-by-step guidance on how to supercharge your fitness.

And more importantly: you are not alone.

Our camps are led by highly motivated and qualified personal trainers whose sole purpose is helping you to reach your goals and achieve more than you ever thought possible.
