Ash lost 10 stone in 10 months!
Never give up!
At first I started by doing 5 minutes bike and 10 minutes treadmill.
Back then it was a struggle but over time I've built up my stamina, never once have I wanted to give up!
10 months later I had lost 10 stone!!!
Half of my body weight by simply not giving up!!
I found an eating plan which is realistic and I enjoy. I can still eat, but the right foods and the right amount!
Since losing the weight I now weigh 9st 3 lbs and a healthy size 10!
I can't believe how much my life has changed!
On holiday this time around I could walk with my head held high!
No shame thinking that the seatbelt wouldn't fit on the plane!
No getting out of breath by just walking a couple of minutes!
Not many people can say they have lost 10 stone in 10 months but most people didn't have my weight to lose!
I'm just a normal girl who enjoys a normal life so if I can do it anyone can!!
I now exercise 5-6 times a week, I've done pretty muddy, muddy maniacs & an abseil since I've lost my weight! All things I couldn't do before.
Now I live a healthier and more active lifestyle.
