Fattest Mum in the class turns into Powerlifter!
I credit my daughter for being the biggest catalyst in motivating me to lose weight. One day, she overheard someone call me “the fattest mammy in class”. This was just the wakeup call I needed to make a change.
I lost seven stone in three years, going from a size 26 to an 18.
