I have always been skinny, but just because my body didn’t look bad it doesn’t mean it was healthy.
Now, a year later, I am leaner, healthier, I’ve got better posture, I sleep better… I am just a happier person!

Eat a high protein, low fat, low carb diet. Workout 3/4 times a week.
My favourite exercises are bicycle abs, the woodchopper and barbell curls.
