Xercise4less Southend is the most spacious gym in Southend and Rochford. We give you more gym for less  at our Southend gym with over 400 pieces of the latest gym kit. We put your fitness first with a Cardio and free weights zone, a personal training area and a separate Ladies only gym. There’s a unique Combat zone with a full size Boxing ring, MMA cage and punch bags, you choose your pain.

At Xercise4less Southend we give you more classes when you join. Up to 40 FREE classes each week in our large fitness studio and dedicated spin area. Crunch an Abs class, Zumba your way fit or relax in a Yoga class. It’s your motivation however you want to do it. Because it’s in you, it’s in us.
