What's inside our Sheffield gym

Xercise4less Sheffield is located on Guernsey Road and is one of the largest gyms in Sheffield and South Yorkshire.

Your gym membership includes up to 40 FREE fitness classes every week in a large fitness studio and spin area making Xercise4Less the gym to join in Sheffield. Our Sheffield gym gives you a private, self contained ladies only area. 

Members can enjoy over 400 pieces of industry leading fitness equipment in dedicated cardio, strength and resistance training zones, extensive free weights up to 75kg and full TRX  functional training rigs. A full size boxing ring, MMA cage and punch bags give combat sports enthusiasts a pure gym zone dedicated to your training.

The gym is powered by an experienced gym team and personal trainers with more advice to keep you motivated.
