Xercise4less is one of the largest gyms in Warwickshire situated in the lovely market town of Rugby. At our Rugby gym there’s over 400 pieces of state of the art equipment across Cardio, Free weights & Resistance areas and a separate Ladies only gym.

A combat zone offers a boxing ring, MMA cage and punch bags. Xercise4less Rugby is powered by a driven gym team and the very best Personal Trainers, you bring the motivation and we’ll do everything else. Membership from £9.99.

The gym in Rugby puts your fitness first and membership includes access up to 40 group exercise classes every week all included in your membership hosted in our spacious fitness studio and spin area.
