What to expect inside our Liverpool Speke gym

Xercise4Less Liverpool Speke is situated in Hunts Cross Retail Park just minutes from Liverpool's John Lennon Airport. The gym in Liverpool has over 400 pieces of state of the art fitness kit across a Cardio Zone, a functional training and Personal Training Zone and a unique Combat Zone with Boxing ring, MMA cage and punch bags. You train your way.

The Liverpool Speke gym has a separate Ladies only gym and a large fitness studio hosting up to 40 FREE classes each week included in your gym membership. Your gym membership includes all of our classes from Bootcamp to Bodypump, the all new PiYo to Zumba, all you need is motivation, we’ll bring everything else.

A dedicated Spinning area offers the unique virtual cycling experience with Myride+, it’s a virtual spin revolution. Our highly trained Team are devoted to helping you realise your potential. Xercise4Less Liverpool Speke, because it’s in you. It’s in us.
