The Hamilton gym has over 400 pieces of market leading fitness equipment across dedicated cardio free weight and resistance zones and a ladies only gym. A unique Combat zone with a Boxing ring and MMA cage let's you train how you want to. 

Xercise4Less Hamilton gym membership includes up to 40 weekly classes each week in spacious fitness and spin studios. From Les Mills Body Attack to Bootcamp, a Zumba class or Yoga, your goals, your fitness, we’ve got the rest.  There's an experienced gym team and personal trainers on hand to offer more advice, more motivation.
