Our Glasgow gym, situated on Sauchiehall Street, near to Primark and Costa, is one of the largest gyms in the City of Glasgow. Whatever your personal fitness goal, our facilities and memberships will get you gym fit. We give you Cardio, free weights and resistance training zones packed full of over 400 pieces of the latest fitness equipment. 

Your gym membership allows you to access any Xercise4Less gym up and down the country. Our gyms offer Personal Training, separate Ladies Only areas, a dedicated indoor cycling studio and up to 40 free gym classes each week in our spacious fitness studio.  Join in the fun and book into a group exercise class. We have everything from Zumba to Boxercise, Circuits to Yoga classes, choose your energy burn!
