Female members can use a fully-equipped private Ladies Only gym zone in Bristol while all members benefit from our dedicated exercise spaces like the spin studio, free weights area and the Combat Zone with its full-size boxing ring and MMA cage. Our Bristol gym provides everything you need to ramp up your level of fitness.

Welcome back! We are running a new and improved class timetable as we’ve listened to your feedback about your most desirable classes and time slots and have included them where possible.

Due to social distancing, class numbers will of course be smaller than usual, but because our studios are so large, we can still cater to lots of people. All classes will run on a first come, first serve basis. See you there!
