Ladies, we give you more, with a separate Ladies only gym.

We have up to 40 classes for you to take part in each week in our large fitness studio and a dedicated spin area. From Zumba and Body pump to GRIT, Piloxing and Yoga, we even have classes for Kids! Whatever your motivation, we’ve got a class for you.
