Why have I been charged for missing a payment?
We’re sorry to hear you have been charged. If you have been charged an admin fee of £25.00, this is usually for one of two reasons:
1. Your direct debit has been cancelled directly with your bank or building society.
You can reinstate your direct debit by click here.
2.On collection of your recent monthly instalment there were insufficient funds in your account to collect the next payment.
Harlands will attempt to collect your next payment including the failed direct debit fee of £25 and your missed payment 10-14 days from your instalment date.
