What's involved?

You will achieve more than you thought possible with our unique 4FiiT Personal Training sessions designed exclusively by 4FiiT Personal Trainers for Xercise4Less.

Finding a new you does not have to mean blood sweat and tears. Our experienced 4FiiT Personal Training teams will take you on a journey that will help you achieve the results you want efficiently and more effectively.

You will receive dedicated guidance and tuition on carefully selected state-of-the-art equipment that has been chosen to be easy to use and maximise results.

Please note: Personal Training services are only available to people who are members of Xercise4Less

1-2-1 Personal Training

Maximise your results with our in-house 4FiiT personal trainers.  Fully qualified to assess your goals, deliver fully researched training programmes tailored to your own specific needs to achieve the results your efforts deserve. You bring the motivation, we will do the rest.

Your Personal Trainer will advise you on form, nutrition and will correct your movements to work your body into the shape it's supposed to be in. You get the expert advice and help you need and we measure the difference in a tailored approach.
