Step
Low impact, high-energy combinations designed to achieve fat burning results. Only suitable for regular steppers.
Attack
A high intensity, high impact class, improving fitness, strength, stamina and conditioning. This is an interval training class for both men and women.
Combat
Is a complete body workout based on combat type moves. Kicks, punches, jabs and blocks combine for a high adrenaline workout.
Box-a-Cise
This is a power packed circuit class incorporating boxing style training techniques. Our professional boxer teaches this class.
Legs, Bums and Tums.
A conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body. This is a low impact class, with an element of cardiovascular work and suitable for all levels of fitness. Fun and light hearted, everyone loves legs, bums and tums!
Balance
This is dynamic yoga based programme combining controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training.
Pilates
Pilates is a mat based class concentrating on core muscle stability. Pilates conditions the entire body, focussing on proper alignment, posture, and breathing. Pilates is highly recommended for people with back issues.
Yoga
A mind/body yoga class that focuses on all the major yoga postures and sequences. Yoga can help to improve posture, flexibility and strength. This class is suitable for yoga regulars and beginners. Connect your mind and body to tone and relax.
Spinning
The ultimate calorie burn! These indoor cycling classes take your fitness to another level. Stationary bikes in an air-conditioned designated studio provide a non impact workout designed to make you sweat. Don't forget your water bottle and towel.
